We recall 2021 as an unexpected and exciting year in our mission to shape the future!
Back then, we received news of another winning competition: The proposal to construct 34,000 m² of office spaces that will be hyper resilient, future-proof, CO2 neutral and displaying BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum.
This will bring a new dawn for La Cloche d’Or in Luxembourg with Moreno Architecture for Atenor.

Our project also explores the New Way of Working (NWOW), features an innovative use of outdoor spaces, and integrates biophilia and biotopes at each level.

The buildings that comprise the project at La Cloche d’Or will literally become an augmented landscape with the power to regenerate the environment.
