Take a look at this article about the recent conversion of an office building in Woluwé Saint-Lambert into an energy-efficient residential building: « The apartments are passive, and the project received an #ExemplaryBuilding Award from Bruxelles Environnement – Leefmilieu Brussel​. The project integrates thermal solar panels, rainwater collection tanks for on-site reuse, high performance sanitary equipments that reduce water consumption, many bike spaces to encourage soft mobility, etc. All our projects are passive as a rule. After all the energy that isn’t polluting is the one that isn’t consumed. We have extensive experience in the energy field and are integrating it in our design team. This allows us to play with the architectural possibilities of its performance; from constraints, they become opportunities. Today, our team aims for carbon neutrality and autonomy. »
