In 2018, A2M completed an ambitious renovation project organized around two affordable housing blocs located in the north district of Saint-Josse-ten Node, Brussels. The project included the passive house renovation of 50 affordable housing units, the construction of a nursery and a public parc.
One of the renovated affordable housing blocks is a tower which dates back to 1958. Its renovation required a global and integrated approach in order to establish a new relationship with the surrounding neighborhood. The modernist aesthetic of the Linné building is a landmark in the area.
