With the building permit in our hands, this marks the start of a new life for the City Gate I project: Marchandises!
This truly exhilarating project will now be able to take shape and come out of the ground.
For the past few months, our teams have been working very hard on it, so this new phase will allow us to see these efforts rewarded. Yay!

City Gate I-Marchandises is a mixed-use project that aims to give a new impulse to the southwest area of the Kuregem district in Anderlecht. It will actually bridge the gap between the dense fabric of the Kuregem neighborhood and its surrounding area. The project includes housing, workshops, a nursery, commercial spaces, roof gardens and a multifunctional building that will welcome both apartments and offices.

This is a collaboration with Urban Platform Architects and orgpermod.
