A new render is in town!
Our #bel35 project keeps evolving as our #team works hard on fine-tuning details every day. Our design is based on principles of #wellbeing and #health at work.

Located in the heart of the dynamic #EuropeanQuarter, the #belliardbuilding will offer multiple collaborative resources and spatial possibilities to respond to our « New Ways of Working ».
In nearly 100 years, the level of human productivity at work has increased considerably, which means that today we operate nearly 31 times faster than in 1890.

This increase in productivity, coupled with a considerable rise in technological innovations, has led to a revolution in the organisation of #work.

In order to adapt to these new dynamics, companies need to rethink traditional management methods that have now become obsolete — if not unsuitable — to say the least.

It is in this context that we have witnessed the birth of the #NWOW (abbreviation for « New Ways of Working”), which designates a new management trend that was originally conceptualized and implemented in #Belgium about ten years ago. Its aim continues to be that of placing the human being at the heart of the work organisation by giving him/her trust and responsibility.
