Candidates should have creative abilities, an acute attention to detail and a strong technical understanding of compositing tools and efficient workflows.
— Ideal profile : committed, rigorous, organized, autonomous, dynamic, team player, problem solver, curious, creative, keen interest in sustainability.
— French proficiency required (Dutch and/or English is a plus).

 

a senior architect, project manager with:
— min. 5 to 10 years of experience in designing and managing complex projects in Belgium, both in conceptual and execution phase (preliminary design, building permit, building construction documentation, tendering procedure, follow-up of building site, …).
— A critical mindset with both the willingness and ability to take initiative.
— A desire to co-create challenging public and private projects with us and our partners.
— Working knowledge of CAD & BIM software (Revit, Rhino, Microstation…), Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite

As a project manager, we expect he/she to successfully coordinate several projects simultaneously.

 

a junior architect with:
— min. 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and managing complex projects in Belgium, both in conceptual and execution phase (at least one experience in building permit, building construction documentation and follow-up of building site).
— A critical mindset with both the willingness and ability to take initiative.
